He is building his “fear muscle” by taking massive action, tackling challenges like skydiving, kite surfing on a nuclear day in Hood River, Oregon, hiking the third most dangerous mountain in North America, undergoing a cancer screening, plunging into an ice bath, going a full day without his cell phone, and even remaining completely silent for 24 hours.
Armed with a scientific approach and battle-tested experience, Dr. Jay is on a mission to help people everywhere Flip the Fear Narrative and break free from the grip of today’s Fear Pandemic. His favorite part is the impact of seeing people on the other side of fear!
